The Association YOUTH BUILDING IN SYNERGY TO END POVERTY, YBSP in acronym is a non-profit organization of Burundian law, non-denominational and humanitarian action working in education and in the empowerment of women. It was created on 06/01/2013, and approved by Ministerial Ordinance No. 530/1281 of 04/07/2016.
The YBSP Association has also complied with the new law n° 1/02 of January 27, 2017 governing Non-Profit Associations in Burundi, and has obtained the Acknowledgment of new Statutes by the Ministry in charge of Non-profit Associations. profit-making in Burundi according to letter n° 530/1318/CAB/2020 of 15/6/2020.
The vision
The Vision of the YBSP Association is that of a socially and economically developed Burundi.
The Mission
Improving the social and economic life of the most disadvantaged.
The Objectives
The YBSP Association pursues the following objectives:
1) Promote among members a spirit of social entrepreneurship,
2) Provide educational and social care for street children and other vulnerable children,
3) Carry out social assistance for vulnerable children and their families/guardians,
4) Participate in youth awareness campaigns on various evils that undermine our society and how to prevent them,
5) Initiate training centers for vulnerable children in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and others,
6) Support materially or financially when there are emergency actions (epidemic, devastating torrential rains, earthquakes, etc.).
